The hotel had a fine view of the famous landmark and a charming ambiance. The room was lovely with a balcony and the bathroom had a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even surprising us with a bottle of cava for our special occasion. The location was perfect, being close to all the attractions and within walking distance of the vibrant tapas bars.
The noise from the plumbing in the neighboring room was a bit bothersome on the first night. The breakfast room was small and could have been more spacious.

Quaint hotel with old world charm. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was perfect, close to the Alhambra and the old center of town. The hotel staff also helped us secure tickets to the Alhambra. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and great location.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the historical center. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was situated in a pedestrian area of the world heritage site, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. This hotel is perfectly located near all the major attractions in Granada. You can easily walk to the old town, the Alhambra, and the Hamma baths. The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are spacious and charming, with comfortable beds and soft sheets. You can even enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi tub in your bathroom.
Some other aspects of the hotel could be improved.
